ENG 1921 GROUP PRESENTATION, A PANEL DISCUSSION: ACADEMIC RESEARCH PROJECT
Throughout the term we have identified and discussed many of the "big ideas" of science fiction through an examination of science fact, through an examination of science fiction film, and through the analysis of science fiction novels.
The research assignment asked your group to work collaboratively to identify one significant facet you perceived in one particular science fiction work and to explore its implications.
The final phase of the acdemic research project is the presentation of your findings.
Your presentation will take the format of a panel discussion.

Presentations will take place during the final two classes of the term, and a representative of each grouop will draw a number to determine presentation order.
Each group will have 35 minutes to present and we will reserve 10 minutes for follow-up questions from the audience.
Each group member is required to speak. You may use a visual of some type if you like, but should you use a video clip it should not be longer than 5-10 minutes. The overwhelming majority of your 35 minute presentation should be the discussion itself.
