DIAGNOSTIC ESSAY
Directions:
- Your task is to write a well-organized, coherent, and concretely developed essay (5 well-developed paragraphs) in response to one of the prompts below. Your essay should be double-spaced, have 1 inch margins all around, and written using Times New Roman and 12 point font.
- In the upper left corner you should place the number of the prompt you are responding to, your name, class and section number, my name, and the date. Be sure to number each page of your essay and to give it a title.
- You should have a strong main point/thesis that you prove with specific examples and convincing evidence. UNDERLINE YOUR THESIS.
- Include an introduction and conclusion, plus several supporting paragraphs with transitions to connect your thoughts and ideas
- Proofread your paper before handing it in next class.
